“Needs work” is not useful condition information. “The roof leaked over the rear bedroom, both curbside tires are flat, and the generator cranks but will not start” is.

Get the Georgia Handoff in Order Before Pickup
Georgia paperwork depends on the specific RV and its ownership record, so do not assume every motorhome or trailer uses exactly the same documents. If your RV has a Georgia title, check that the ownership information is correct and identify any unresolved lien before pickup day.
Georgia’s current seller guidance says a vehicle owner must transfer ownership and cancel the vehicle’s registration after a sale. For a Georgia-titled vehicle, that includes properly completing the assignment on the original title.
