Good photos should answer two questions: what condition is the RV in, and can it be removed from where it sits? You do not need a professional inspection to start, but accurate details are much more useful than cosmetic preparation.

- For a travel trailer or fifth wheel, whether the wheels move, tires hold air, landing gear works, slides retract, and the hitch or pin box is accessible
- Wide photos showing the driveway or storage aisle, gate, ground surface, trees, wires, fences, turning room, and route from the RV to the road

After the Sale, Washington Still Requires a Few Seller Steps
Vancouver does not need a second full explanation of Washington title law, but sellers should know the basic closeout steps. The Washington Department of Licensing Vehicle Report of Sale tells sellers to sign the vehicle title and give it to the buyer, then file a Report of Sale. Current DOL guidance requires sellers to report a vehicle sale within five days and remove the license plates when ownership changes.
The Report of Sale documents that you gave up ownership; it does not replace the buyer’s title transfer. If the title is missing, damaged, or connected to a lien or another legal owner, disclose that before pickup.
